Data. Action. Results.
Stay alive.
A conversation to understand your context, a plan with 2–3 prioritized focus areas, and follow-up to learn what works for you. That's naro, every day.
Three spaces, one guide
The app is organized around three tabs — Profile, Home and Visit — with the coach always at hand.
Home
What should I do today? Your current focus, today's plan and the week's calendar, on a single screen.
Visit
A guided conversation to understand your context: goals, routines, rest, energy and real-life barriers.
Profile
Your wellbeing summary, your goals and the data you've shared — always under your control.
Coach
Contextual support about your plan: ask the what and the why of every action, whenever you need.
Plans
Prioritized, sustainable actions, each with a reason, a frequency and a simple way to follow it.
Adherence
Tracking of what you do and what's hard, to adjust the plan to your real pace — no judgment.
Integrations with wearables and health platforms (Apple Health, Google Fit) are in development and will be announced when available.
What it's like, day to day
Four moments that repeat and reinforce each other: the compound effect of health.
Describe your moment
In the Visit, naro asks the right questions to understand your context — like a good conversation, not a form.
Get a reasoned plan
Every action comes with the what, the why, the how and a way to track it. You decide whether it fits.
Act from Home
Each day you see your focus and your active plan. Check off what you do, discard what doesn't fit.
Review and adapt
naro learns from your follow-up and adjusts the plan with you: keep what works, pivot what doesn't.
A day with naro, at a glance
Morning natural-light exposure.
Helps anchor your daily rhythms and can support steadier energy.
5 minutes after waking, 5 days a week.
Perceived energy (1–5) each evening.
A visual view of your weekly rhythm. Color only ever means quantity — never a judgment about you.
A conversation, not a form
When the day gets complicated, the plan adapts. This is what talking to naro sounds like.
I'm short on sleep this week. What should I prioritize?
Let's protect your wind-down: tonight, screens off 30 minutes before bed. It's a small action, but right now it's the one that can help you most.
And the workout I had planned?
I'd suggest switching it to a gentle version: a 20-minute walk. If that works for you, we'll adjust the plan — and once your rest recovers, we'll bring the intensity back up.
