Privacy policy

How we handle your data: minimization, granular consent and user control.

This text is a working draft of naro's privacy principles. It is not the final privacy policy: it must be completed and legally reviewed before public launch.

Principles

Minimization: only the data needed to personalize your wellbeing experience is requested.

Granular consent: you decide what you share and what for, and you can revoke it.

No data sales: your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Control: you can request the export or deletion of your data.

What data naro handles

Account data (name, email) to manage access.

Wellbeing information you voluntarily share in visits and your profile, used exclusively to guide habits and lifestyle.

This information is not used to make diagnoses or clinical assessments.

Early-access form

If you join the early-access list, we collect your name, your email, your language and the wellbeing goal you select — optionally, a short free-text note.

We use this data to manage the early-access list and, only if you have ticked the corresponding box, to send you naro updates.

The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to info@naro.care.

The form is processed by Formspree, Inc., a provider based in the United States; this involves an international data transfer covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

The data is kept while we manage early access or until you request its deletion.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (AEPD).

Please don't include health data in the free-text field. Any health details submitted inadvertently will be deleted.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics cookies or third-party tracking technologies.
