About us

Making self-care more understandable, actionable and sustainable

naro was born from a simple question: why is it so hard to know what to do to take care of yourself? The answer is what we're building.

The starting point

Why now

LifetimeQuality of lifeReduced qualityDaily decisions
  1. 01

    We live longer than ever

Life expectancy has kept growing: the timeline stretches further. It's one of the great victories of our era — and an enormous opportunity.

  2. 02

But not all years are lived the same

Too often, though, quality of life drops in the final years, with limitations that could be reduced. Living longer doesn't always mean living better.

  3. 03

    Health is built every day

Quality of life isn't decided in a single day: it's built from small decisions repeated over time. Science is the compass; consistency, the engine.

  4. 04

    The compound effect of health

Accumulated day after day, those decisions can change the curve: more quality of life, for more time. That's why naro exists: to help you choose them and sustain them.

Mission
«To provide eternal health to humanity.»

This is our brand ambition: an aspirational statement that sets our direction — more years of life with more quality — not a clinical promise of today's product. Today, naro is a wellness and health-coaching assistant.

Vision
«To guide people's health to its fullest potential.»

We work so that everyone can understand and care for their everyday health, with criteria and at their own pace. It's a working direction, not a guarantee of results.

Values

Three values that order everything

Rigor

«Science is our compass»

We are committed to evidence, precision and honesty. We don't move forward without grounding, we explain the why behind every suggestion, and we're clear about the limits of what we know — and what naro is not.

Cooperation

«We don't want to be heroes, we want to be useful»

You decide, naro supports. We listen, we add up and we improve with your continuous feedback. Collective intelligence is the only way to create real impact.

Harmony

«Health begins when everything fits»

Body, mind, environment and pace of life. We look for sustainable changes that reinforce balance rather than break it. To take a step forward, we are not willing to break the rest.

Manifesto

Why naro exists

Health is built from small decisions sustained over time. Science is the compass; consistency, the engine.

We live longer than ever, yet too often the final years are lived with limitations that could be reduced. Meanwhile, taking care of yourself has become confusing: too much information, too many tools, too many promises.

We believe in a different way of doing it: preventive and participatory, where the person is proactive, decisions are grounded in shared data and context, and support integrates body, mind and environment.

We tend to overvalue the short term and undervalue the long term. So we start with small, sustainable wins — and let the compound effect do its work.

That's why we're building naro: to reduce confusion and make taking care of yourself simpler, clearer and more sustainable.

Memento mori, nisi agas.Remember that you will die, if you don't act.

How we work

Our method, in six steps

No single step is magic. Together, they form a system that turns context into sustainable improvement.

  1. Data

We start from what you choose to share: goals, routines, how you feel and, later on, wearable signals.

  2. Context

No recommendation without understanding your moment: available time, preferences, barriers and real capacity.

  3. Prioritization

2–3 focus areas per stage, chosen by potential impact and adherence probability. What's not due now, waits.

  4. Micro-actions

Minimum effective doses: 5–20 minute actions designed to be truly sustainable.

  5. Follow-up

Traceability of what you do and how you feel, so progress is visible and decisions have grounding.

  6. Adaptation

We review with you: keep what works, pivot what doesn't. The plan evolves with your life.

Ethics and limits

The limits are part of the product

We say clearly what naro is — and, even more importantly, what it is not.

We don't replace professionals

naro does not diagnose, does not prescribe treatments and does not make clinical decisions. Ever.

Responsible referral

If a sensitive or worrying situation appears, naro recommends consulting a healthcare professional.

Your data, yours

Data minimization, granular consent and the ability to delete it. It is never sold.

Honesty about evidence

We explain the grounding of every suggestion and never promise results that can't be guaranteed.

naro is designed to help improve habits, wellbeing and lifestyle. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and does not replace a healthcare professional.
